Supporting management and operation of NTPP

The project was carried from May 2005 to June 2007 under the SOP ICE Measure 1.3 Creation of favourable conditions for enterprises development. The total amount of subsidies amounted to more than PLN 700.000.
 

The project consisted in the creation and production of promotional and informational materials regarding the activities of the Park and the importance of transferring knowledge to the economy, organising conferences, workshops and meetings devoted to the commercialisation of technology, promoting innovation, etc., active participation in numerous events considering the above mentioned topics, launching an advertising campaign in both local and national press (Glos Wielkopolski, Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu) and means of public transportation owned by MPK (Miejskie Przedsiebiorstwo Komunikacyjne).

 As a result, announcements were created to be published in the fair bulletin, as well as in a four-page company folder which brought news about the location and activities of Science and Technology Park Poznan, designing of the logo of the Park, letterhead, business cards for the employees of the Park, NTPP gadgets, professional presentation about the Park, nttp.pl website, visual design of the park buildings. In addition, the following tools serving for building a database of potential employees for future tenants of the Park were purchased and introduced: a database program which would serve to account the tenants for the electricity, designing and service maintenance of the software serving for management of the Park, which would make it possible to serve the clients of the Park, two studies: "Assessment of the NTPP’s potential" and "Developing a bussiness plan of energy economy in the NTPP. The following systems were implemented: Integrated Management System covering quality management systems in accordance to the standard 9001:2000, environmental management system in accordance to ISO 14001:2004, occupational health and safety system in accordance to PN-N-180001: 2004, a certification audit was performed by Lloyd Certification-Baltic Sea Sp . z o. o. A number of conferences, including those involving the University of Economics of Poznan were organised, where the design and construction of the Park were presented. An advertising campaign was launched in both local and national press (Glos Wielkopolski, Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu) and means of public transportation owned by MPK (Miejskie Przedsiebiorstwo Komunikacyjne).
