The "Find an e-IDEA for yourself - supporting innovative academic enterprise in Wielkopolska” project was conducted from January to December 2010, under the Innovation Wizard Programme, which was funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
The main objective of the project was to encourage enterprise among young and creative IT students, and to create favorable conditions for them to establish connections with companies from the IT industry.
Under the project, NTPP in cooperation with the BCC SAP Consulting has launched a competition for IT students, whose aim was to design information technology solutions for five thematic areas, including: electronic banking, security, and monitoring the availability systems in complex IT environments, as well as protection of the electronic mail system against spam messages and viruses. The authors of the four highest ranked entries - Pawel Kurzawinski, Krzysztof Niemyt, Marcin Szczesny and Bartosz Zgrzeba carried on working on the project under the supervision of specialists from BCC SAP Consulting in form of a one-month salaried student internship. This apprenticeship took place among others in the Outsourcing Services Department. Moreover, the best four competitors were granted a financial support for a certification of their choice.
As a result, one of the participants was offered a job at BCC SAP Consulting!
